The Amputated Arguments of Some Imaginary Smarts

hope for amputees

This is my response to the forum on: http://whywontgodhealamputees.com/forum/index.php?topic=8292.msg173178

A little of common sense (which is common to my readers, but perhaps not known to these people who say that God is imaginary) will prove that these people are running out of tune and common sense. They asked: “What is the established truth when I used the law of estoppel?” The established truth, in their side, is this: They do not believe in the existence of God. God to them is imaginary. This is the established truth in their camp. Therefore, by estoppel, they do not have any right to use the words of God they are citing from the Bible because He is imaginary to them. Therefore, His words to them are also imaginary. Imagine, people saying God is imaginary, yet are using words coming from an imaginary God to deny His imaginary existence. Maybe these people are also imaginary. Because of this, we will be wasting our time dealing with imaginary people.

When the Lord Jesus Christ promised that, in prayers, a believing Christian will be heard by the Father in heaven, and his prayers will be granted, He did not say anywhere in the Bible, that there is a timeframe that God will work His miracles. In fact, God’s promises in the Bible are expected by Christians, not only in this world, but in the world to come.

1 TIMOTHY 4:8
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Even hunger and thirst being experienced by poor Christians will be alleviated, finally, in that which is to come.

LUKE 6:20-23
20 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
21 Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.
23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Hunger, thirst, tribulations, and persecutions work together in a Christian to make him a better person, worthy to obtain eternal life in the world to come.

ROMANS 5:3-5
3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

ROMANS 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

A Christian amputee will finally receive a glorious body in the resurrection when, at the twinkling of an eye, his mortal body will be changed to an immortal one.

1 CORINTHIANS 15:50-54
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

These verses, (I am using them because I believe on the God who said them) tell us that there is hope in God’s perfect time for an amputee. These verses will erase any doubt on the person of a loving and caring God, in the mind of anybody who believes the Bible, and who understands the meaning of God’s word. Incidentally, not everyone that will read the Bible will understand the essence of God’s word.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

MARK 4:11-12
11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

When the Lord Jesus Christ said that —

MATTHEW 5:30
And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

— He, in essence, is saying that an amputee will attain eternal life wherein his mortal body will be changed!

Producing Some Children of Hell: Religious Fallacies Entrenched throughout the Centuries

4/21/2018 4 Comments

predestination is a fallacy

Misinterpretation and misconception of the Scriptures by supposed scholars have been running throughout the years, which legacy now has drastically produced some children of disobedience bound to hell.

GALATIANS 5:4
Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

This is the verse most misinterpreted by Baptists and (allegedly) Born Again preachers! They teach that obedience to the commandments is not necessary for salvation, followed by a blatant misconception that if you are of Christ whatever happens and whatever you may do, even to the extent of sinning grave sins, will not affect your salvation!

All these misinterpretations and misconceptions sum up to a satanic process of producing children of hell!

MATTHEW 23:15
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

It is a fact that there are now religious groups that convert people to be sinners rather than be obedient Christians!

II PETER 2:18-19
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

Every kind of sin can possibly be committed by those who blindly accept these erroneous teachings of Baptists ministers and their cohorts! These all started from a false prophet from France in the 16th century. John Calvin had started the notion of predestination, now a doctrine and a series of other false doctrines. They include the Doctrine Irresistible Grace, and the Doctrine is Eternal Security. The following are written about this man:

“Calvin saw salvation differently than Martin Luther or the Roman Catholic Church. He taught that God divides humanity into two groups: the Elect, who will be saved and go to heaven, and the Reprobates, or damned, who will spend eternity in hell. This doctrine is called predestination.” “Instead of dying for the sins of everyone, Jesus Christ died only for the sins of the Elect, Calvin said. This is called Limited Atonement or Particular Redemption.

The Elect, according to Calvin, cannot resist God’s call to salvation upon them. He called this doctrine Irresistible Grace.”

“Finally, Calvin differed totally from Lutheran and Catholic theology with his doctrine of Perseverance of the Saints. He taught “once saved, always saved.” Calvin believed that when God began the process of sanctification on a person, God would keep at it until that person was in heaven. Calvin said no one could lose their salvation. The modern term for this doctrine is eternal security.” (Source: http://christianity.about.com/od/presbyteriandenomination/a/John-Calvin.htm)

John Calvin (1509-1564), French theologian and church reformer.

In contrast, from inspired Scriptures, no verse says that anyone is predestined by God to spend eternity in hell! I dare all followers of the false prophet (FP) John Calvin who propagate his teachings to answer me!

It is not God’s will that anyone should perish! Why would He predestine anyone to hell?

II PETER 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

It is God’s will that all men be saved!

I TIMOTHY 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Nowhere in the Bible did God say that He had divided humanity into two: Elect and Reprobates. Such division will not come until the judgment day, and ONLY after God had sufficiently given everyone the freedom and chance of choosing between good and evil and live with it!

MATTHEW 25:31-45
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was hungry, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

The predestination taught in the Bible is this:

EPHESIANS 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

EPHESIANS 1:11
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

In other words, the predestination is to be children of God by adoption! In fact, there is no verse that uses the word “προορίζω” (proorizō) or predetermine, (in the sense of being destined to damnation) that can be found in the entire King James Version of the Scriptures! See also Romans 8:29-30:

ROMANS 8:29-30
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

How about Judas Iscariot? Was he predestined to damnation?

JOHN 13:18
I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.

To be continued...

A Letter to a Newfound Friend in Christ

4/14/2018 10 Comments

truth seekers are Bro. Eli’s friends

I would like to take this opportunity to give way to an email sent to me by a reader named Chale. The email states:

Hola Bro. Eli,

A long time ago I’ve been searching for a pastor who could possibly convince me with their teachings… then one day, when I was in Los Angeles taking my vacation while surfing the net. Then I saw a map there, then I tried to search about controversial, sensible, wise pastor, etc. Europe, America, Africa, and in Asian countries, and your names appeared to my screen. I read carefully your messages, the way you explain, the way you deliver grammatically, etc. and I felt that there’s something in me that I couldn’t understand what it is, something cold to my body, I don’t know why? One thing I’m sure, the first time I read about your website and the gospel, of course, it seems that I do not have any questions to ask about that topic, a thing that I never experienced yet to all many pastors in this world for a long time. I traveled in so many countries due to my hectic work and schedules and I’ve listened to many preacher evangelists, etc. but no one, no one of them could preach what you are preaching now. Its amazing really amazing! I thought that I’m alone with my faith — then I found you. Am just hoping that you will reach many more countries and spread the gospel of God.

Gracias!

Chale

Dear Chale,

I do not know whether you are a man or a woman, but whoever you may be, I am sure that I have a newfound friend in you. It’s not because of your comment on what way or how I preach the word, but your interest in searching for the truth is what called my attention, and give some time to make my comment on what you have said about me.

Like you, I have listened to almost all religious preachers of our times, and that prompted me to put up my television ministry; for I felt that people are deprived of the truth.

JEREMIAH 23:30
Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbor.

Before I used the internet as a medium of spreading God’s word, I have been preaching personally to people, and to groups of people; in radio, and in television. Their questions and inquiries have confirmed to me the kind of teachers they have in the religious group they belong to. In my heart I pity the billions of people now who are being misled by those who lead them out of the way of the Bible.

MATTHEW 24:4-5, 24
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”

What I have learned from the Scriptures necessitates me to speak.

JAMES 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

I know what I will say. They do not — because they do not have faith in it.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:13
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak…

I know what I will reveal and expose — they do not — in fear of those who will refute them; but my conscience continuously drives me to get out and speak the words of God.

MATTHEW 10:27-28
27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

And as I have expected, in preaching the truth, you will make more enemies than friends. I have experienced all manner of cruelty among enemies of the truth. One time, I was beaten by five deacons of a religious group pretending to be of Christ. I was hospitalized for a week. For a year, I am always in the courtroom daily — Mondays to Fridays: defending myself against all the accusations and criminal cases filed against me by a former member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church (SDAC). The same thing happened to the Apostles.

ACTS 25:7
And when he was come, the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.

Our Lord Jesus Christ, who has done immeasurable amount of goodness among thousands upon thousands of people during his short ministry on earth, was only able to convince less than a thousand to join the Church He led. He surely made more enemies than friends.

1 CORINTHIANS 15:3-6
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:
5 And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

Imagine doing irrefutable goodness; and winning only less than a thousand people during His lifetime on earth; but having thousands of enemies who pressured the Roman government to put Him to death? This will also be the fate of those who will follow the footsteps of the greatest leader this world has ever known.

JOHN 15:19-20
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20 Remember the word that I said unto you, the servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Expect this:

MATTHEW 5:11
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

I treasure friends like you: Friendship that springs out from the interest and desire to know God and His word, is very dear to me. I look forward to that day of knowing more of you; and, if possible, meeting you personally so that my joy — and yours, may be full.

2 JOHN 1:12
Having many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.

To God be the glory!

May God bless you.
