The Confused Aborticidal Richard Dawkins vs. the Vindictive God of Creation

An atheist biologist wrote that the God of the Bible is "a vindictive character," one of his uncalled for accusations against someone who he believes does not exist, and "arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction!" He wrote this in his book, The God Delusion (Amazon: 2006). Moreover, he went on to sell aborticide or feticide as moral in Twitter and he would not apologize for doing so.
Let us learn biblical wisdom by analyzing what kind of a person or character in reality - not fiction – Richard Dawkins is! It is time we check if he is credible in what he says – especially as regards life as in snuffing it out with or without authority. That is the issue.
God, to maintain order among His people, at that time the Israelites, said:
DEUTERONOMY 32:35-36
35 To me belongeth vengeance, and recompense; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
36 For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.

If everyone living is given the freedom to avenge any offender, whether the offense is real or perceived, we will be seeing a society of humans with animalistic behaviors! The right to judge, to avenge, and vindicate belongs to the power that sustains human society.

JAMES 4:12
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Without doubt God is just (to his creation), but His judgments will surely be unwanted because they are meant to be exemplary – as warning or deterrent.

PSALMS 7:11 (RSV)
God is a righteous judge, and a God who has indignation every day.

He judges beyond what any judge can see!

ISAIAH 11:3
And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

He knows the depth of the human entity – the nook and cranny of man’s heart.

JEREMIAH 17:9-10
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

And in judgment He uses mercy where and when it is called for.

JAMES 2:13
For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath showed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

PSALMS 62:12
Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

To vindicate the offended helpless victims of injustice or give relief to those He is “growing” as a nation, God is vindictive against unpardonable evil, and after many warnings, that is the best justice that can be served. With the incorrigible rooted out, the playing field is leveled.

REVELATION 6:9-11
9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

In the real sense of the word, Dawkins, although a popular scientist, did not use a scientific mind in judging that God is vindictive! God waited for four hundred long years for the Canaanites to repent, for four hundred long years for the Egyptians to learn mercy, and for four hundred long years for the Israelites to learn to trust their God. And yet before executing His judgment upon them, God showed supernatural wonders to convert them to obey and be spared!

His simple demand for the Egyptians was to "free My people and be spared of His wrath." They have had enough cruelty against His chosen people for four hundred years. On the other hand, to the Canaanites, the wonders he performed to liberate his people, Israel, were known to them to give them a last chance to change before He would pronounce their total annihilation! But they did not!

JOSHUA 2:9-14
9 And she said unto the men, I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.
10 For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when ye came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
11 And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man because of you: for the LORD your God, he is God in heaven above, and in earth beneath.
12 Now therefore, I pray you, swear unto me by the LORD, since I have showed you kindness, that ye will also show kindness unto my father's house, and give me a true token:
13 And that ye will save alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.
14 And the men answered her, Our life for yours, if ye utter not this our business. And it shall be, when the LORD hath given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with thee.

The Canaanites were a wayward nation of idolaters and sexually-pervert maniacs, cruel - in the truest sense of it - butchering their own children and offering them to Baal!
Ben Hobrink, author of “Modern Science in the Bible: Amazing Scientific Truths found in Ancient Texts” (Amazon: 2011) was quoting authorities aside from a Professor Merrill Unger (1909-1980), a biblical archaeologist. Merrill mentioned sacred prostitution, child sacrifice and snake worship among the Canaanites. This was corroborated by other sources.
Meanwhile, excerpts from the discovery of Ugaritic texts written by Jack Burch “Jeremiah, Prophet of God,” (http://www.pfce.us/documents/Jeremiah.pdf) told about an ancient tombstone accidentally uncovered on a peasant’s farm at Ugarit in 1928. Ugarit is now part of the country of Syria.
In 1929 the area was excavated by a team of French archaeologists led by Claude F.A. Schaeffer. The original excavations uncovered a house and its library. The building appears to have housed a scribe’s school and hundreds of clay tablet were discovered in the library. These tablets provided archaeologists with excellent information concerning the worship of the Canaanite and Phoenician gods and goddesses, including the bizarre sexual practices of the pagan fertility cults including Baal and Dagon. The building turned out to be the house of the chief priest.

The oldest of these tablets date back to about 1400 B.C. This is about one hundred fifty years before Israel’s exodus from Egypt. A number of religious articles such as small figurines of Baal were also discovered. Additional excavations were conducted in 1948 when the royal palace was discovered, yielding important historical texts. Excavations continued, the latest having been conducted by French archaeologists in the year 2000.

But as I earlier mentioned, child sacrifice appeared to be the apogee of the extent of immorality among Canaanites.

In sum, instead of a bloodthirsty self-absorbed non-being that Dawkins sees, the God of the Old Testament who gave orders to his people to get rid of immoral Canaanites is actually a resolute manager practicing hands-on directorial rights to his creation. Failing to come up to standards, these people who practiced free sex, child sacrifice, spread of venereal diseases, barbarous and licentious cultic practice did not merit remedial or repair strategies to continue existing but total extermination. Given notice to make changes through the international publication of God’s work against the mighty Egyptians, the Canaanites preferred to believe there was no one in charge.

The Canaanite culture of moral corruption reflected a refusal to learn, which to the Manager God was an indication of instability. Their history did not merit managerial considerations of continued land grant, management, and growth in order to succeed. Their riddance then was a coping measure that the Manager God put into action. Since he is creator, he knew best which measures to use according to the enormity of these people’s sins.

Considering all these things, it is but just in all its reality, for God the creator, to pronounce the annihilation of these people. But for Dawkins, a mere human being, to pronounce the death of all fetuses with Down syndrome is most certainly absurd. Shedding of innocent blood is abomination in the sight of the Lord.
PROVERBS 6:16-19
16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18 A heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

The Bible is clear about shedding innocent blood. But notice what this atheist said, as written by a reporter from BBC News Ouch, dated August 21, 2014. It appears that Dawkins was advising a young woman in Twitter who posed a hypothetical situation when her baby might be born with Down syndrome. What would she do?

As defined in the dictionary, Down syndrome (or Down's syndrome) is a chromosomal disorder caused by an error in cell division that results in an extra 21st chromosome. The condition leads to impairments in both cognitive ability and physical growth that range from mild to moderate developmental disabilities (MedicalNewsToday, Sept 26, 2014). Here are excerpts from the report of Kathleen Hawkins (http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-ouch-28879659 ). It was titled, “Richard Dawkins: 'Immoral' not to abort Down’s foetuses.”

Richard Dawkins, the atheist writer, has caused a stir on Twitter claiming it is "immoral" to allow unborn babies with Down's syndrome to live.

The Oxford professor posted the message on Twitter in response to a user who wrote she would be faced with "a real ethical dilemma" if she became pregnant and learned that the baby would be born with Down's syndrome.

"Abort it and try again," Dawkins tweeted in reply. "It would be immoral to bring it into the world if you have the choice."

His comments have caused anger online and have been dismissed by charities, but he insists his views are "very civilised", tweeting: "These are fetuses, diagnosed before they have human feelings."

Dawkins defended his comments on the social media website saying: "I do not for one moment apologise for approaching moral philosophic questions in a logical way. There's a place for emotion & this isn't it."

But in a subsequent blog post outlining what he meant by his tweets, Dawkins writes that he supports those philosophers who say that an adult, a child and a baby should all be granted the rights of a person. "An early fetus, before it develops a nervous system, should not," he concludes.

 
The report said, Anthony Ozimic, communications manager of the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC) took exception to Dawkins's comments because they raise the argument about when human life begins. He said all unborn children, whether disabled or not, have right to life with the rest of humanity.

If Dawkins and his fans club, the atheists, will rule the world, there would be three important and comforting words that will vanish from the dictionary: love, mercy, and compassion! That woman in Twitter woefully was not asking a question from the life-giver, but from someone with lack of humanity and emotional disconnect with the living.
What is the truth about Down syndrome? Should the fetus be aborted as advised by Richard Dawkins? Gynecology and obstetrics define feticide or aborticide as “the destruction of a fetus in the uterus.” If not aborted, will these beings become useful or employable at all?
The National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) Organization (http://www.ndss.org/) that is doing its best to increase public awareness and acceptance of people with DS, belies or qualifies the many myths circulating around. These myths include: that DS is a rare disorder; people afflicted with it have short life span; it is hereditary and runs in families; the children are born to older parents; patients have severe cognitive delays; they have to be institutionalized; as children, they must be segregated; they are not employable; and that DS can never be cured. Brief excerpts from the literature of the organization, however, say -

Research on Down syndrome is making great strides in identifying the genes on chromosome 21 that cause the characteristics of Down syndrome. Scientists now feel strongly that it will be possible to improve, correct or prevent many of the problems associated with DS in the future....

Businesses are seeking adults with Down syndrome for a variety of positions. They are being employed in small- and medium-sized offices: by banks, corporations, nursing homes, hotels and restaurants. They work in the music and entertainment industry, in clerical positions, childcare, the sports field and in the computer industry to name a few.

The mission of the NDSS is said to be the national advocate for the value, acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. In other words, not everyone has the mind of Richard Dawkins, who by all means is countering the efforts of communities sympathetic to this handicap. Records show that most parents are capable of loving these people that could lead useful lives if allowed to survive.

As these are also God’s children, surely this Dawkins is an instrument of Satan, an aborticist, a feticist, a murderer, a Satanist.

JOHN 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Dawkin’s Confusion

While this evolutionary biologist would condone the child sacrifices of the Canaanites by calling God vindictive, this hypocrite would propose aborting the children of a people yet unjudged. He would justify himself saying these DS fetuses have no nervous system yet and there is no point being emotional about it. But it does not appear that feticide or aborticide is anyone’s prerogative, much less one of an atheist.

If God is vindictive in carrying out judgments over immoral nations, even if it meant the elimination of a generation, it is part of his pruning processes as a developer/manager/owner over all his creation. But for an insignificant creature to suggest the demise of another creature, there doesn’t appear any logical authority for such licentious suggestion.

By and large, immorality was the reason the creator “pruned out” bad eggs from the face of the earth. But there was never a suggestion that it is moral if one expelled one’s fetus because there was a chromosomal error. If allowed to live, these children can grow up to honor a God that can be vindictive when there is a wrong to eliminate. But Dawkins cannot tell which is right and which is wrong – being godless.

Why can’t Dawkins make distinctions between an immoral Canaanite nation and the innocent disabled fetuses? Obviously, there is a heavy price to pay. Over the years, Dawkins had been making money taunting the one who gave his life – and he still is. Now, he would be preaching how other’s lives would be snuffed out too.

Richard Dawkins is churning out dead works as he is a living dead.

God’s Punitive Judgment on Wayward Nations after Many Warnings

 An atheist scientist has accused God with a flood of adversarial adjectives. In his book, he wrote -
"The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully." (God Delusion. Chapter 2 p.31)

Breaking down the paragraph, here is the list of the freak accusations against the Creator by the freakiest of freaks, Richard Dawkins:

2. Vindictive
3. Bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser
4. Misogynistic
5. Homophobic
6. Racist
7. Infanticidal
8. Genocidal
9. Filicidal
10. Pestilential
11. Megalomaniacal

Unforgiving Control-Freak?

Unfortunately, for this scientist, his understanding about a creator in charge is nil. Anyone accusing somebody to be an "unforgiving control-freak" without basis is a freak himself like Dawkins! The less-than-zero god of Dawkins is all of these, yet he is petty?

As recorded in the history of God’s nation, because of human greed and caprices, the Israelites suffered with rigor in the hands of the cruel Egyptians for four hundred years.

GENESIS 15:13-16
13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.
15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.

Why did it take that long? God is a forgiving God, waiting patiently for people to repent and realize the consequences of their iniquities. The timing was not only for the Israelites, but also for their enemies.
His being a forgiving God spells His long-suffering for the Amorites. Who are these Amorites?

The Amorites were an ancient nation mentioned frequently in the Old Testament. They were descended from one of the sons of Canaan (Genesis 14:7). In early inscriptions, the Amorites were also known as Amurra or Amurri. The “land of the Amorites” included Syria and Palestine. Some of the southern mountains of Judea were also called the hill country of the Amorites (Deuteronomy 1:7,19-20). Despite their strong numbers and military might, the Amorites were destroyed due to their worship of false gods. Israel’s conquest of their land was part of God’s judgment on the pagan Amorite culture. The Amorite nation had plenty of time to turn from their idolatry, but they despised God's goodness and longsuffering and refused to repent (Romans 2:4). The Lord’s judgment upon them was severe, and anyone who imitates their rebellion will eternally regret it (Romans 2:5; Matthew 10:28; Revelation 2:22-23). (Ref: Norman Geisler and Joseph M. II PETER 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

This is because His desire is for all men to be saved.

I TIMOTHY 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

This long span of years - four hundred - proves God's patience and forgiveness for the abuses of the Egyptians against the Israelites and the grace of His forgiveness and patience towards the Amorites (used interchangeably with Canaanites). But seeing that the hardness of their hearts and the degree of corruption the Amorites have accumulated in their ungodly way of life, God ordered the Israelites to get rid of these people. This was after God liberated the Israelites from Egypt. For this, isn’t Dawkins accusing God for being "bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser?"

For us to understand the order of God, let us look into model cases in the Bible of annihilation of nations. In various verses, one can read: "wipe them out," "throw them into confusion," "make them turn their backs and run," "drive them out of your way,""strike them down" "dispossess," "drive out," "thrust out," "destroy them," "subdue them before you," "annihilate," "deliver them over to you," "defeat them," "give kings into your hands," and "wipe out their names from under heaven." But according to Analyst Glenn Miller (ChristianThinkTank.com, 2000), when these are grouped into two categories- dispossession versus destruction - the first comes out with 33 occurrences, and destruction only11 occurrences, with a ratio of 3:1.

Recognizing the intent of the 'punishment' explains the order. Accordingly, God was destroying a culture and its carriers, and not necessarily all the individuals in it. In brief, the model cases, as explained by Miller were as follows -
(1) In the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, the cities were destroyed without human agency, and that the vegetation was destroyed. God used some type of natural disaster to accomplish the destruction.
(2)The Flood of Noah was the largest annihilation/judgment to date and it involved people, animals, and much vegetation (Gen 6-8).
(3)The Amalekite initiative looks like an ordered annihilation;

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

The annihilation was to punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. The Amalekites are a predatory, raiding, and nomadic group.

(4) In the book of Jonah, what is there is an 'averted annihilation'.

JONAH 1:1-5 (KJV)
1 Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,
2 Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.
3 But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord.
4 But the Lord sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.
5 Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep......

In short, the people of Nineveh, confronted with warning, responded and averted the annihilation.

From these model cases, the obvious pattern is that the annihilations are judgments over cruelty and violence of an extreme and widespread nature, preceded by long periods of warning or exposure to truth and therefore, with opportunity to change outcomes. But the list of Amorite/Canaanite "religious" practices included: (1) Child sacrifice (with at least some of it in fire); (2) Incest; (3) Bestiality; (3) Homosexual practices; and (4) Cultic prostitution (Miller, 2000; Hobrink, 2011).
Reality dictates that there are people who have no right to live in a civilized society. Governments of almost all civilized nations impose capital punishment for people who are found to be prejudicial to the existence of the better elements of society.

The Bible teaches that children, unlike their evil parents, are welcome in heaven.

MATTHEW 19:14
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Here’s an archeological account on the land of Canaan suggesting that children were also afflicted by the sexually transmitted diseases prevalent in Canaan during the time that God commanded Israelites to claim the land of the Amorites!

God's express command to Israel was to destroy or drive out the Canaanites (Deuteronomy 7:2, 3). And Joshua went at the task in dead earnest, God himself helping with mighty miracles. In reality, GOD DID IT.

In excavation at Gezer, Macalister, of the Palestine Exploration Fund (1904-09), found, in the Canaanite stratum, which had preceded Israelite occupation, of about 1500 B.C., the ruins of a "High Place," which had been a temple in which they worshiped their god Baal and the goddess Ashtoreth (Astarte). It was an enclosure 150 by 120 feet, surrounded by a wall, open to the sky, where the inhabitants held their religious festivals. Within the walls were 10 rude stone pillars, 5 to 11 feet high, before which the sacrifices were offered. Under the debris, in this "High Place," Macalister found great numbers of jars containing the remains of children who had been sacrificed to Baal. The whole area proved to be a cemetery for new-born babes.

Another horrible practice was that they called "foundation sacrifices." When a house was to be build (sic), a child would be sacrificed, and its body built into the wall, to bring good luck to the rest of the family. Many of these were found in Gezer. They have been found also at Megiddo, Jerico and other places.

Also, in this High Place, under the rubbish Macalister found enormous quantities of images and plaques of Ashtoreth with rudely exaggerated sex organs designed to foster sensual feelings.

So, Canaanites worshiped, by immoral indulgence, as a religious rite, in the presence of their gods; and then, by murdering their first-born children, as a sacrifice to the same gods. It seems that, in large measure, the land of Canaan had become a sort of Sodom and Gomorrah on a national scale. (Ref: Halley's Bible Handbook, Archaeological Notes: Canaanite Religion, pp166-167)

The Macalister mentioned here is Robert Alexander Stewart Macalister (1870-1950), an Irish archeologist who was responsible for the excavations at Gezer, one of the earliest large-scale scientific archeological excavations in the region. The height of the evil being practiced in Canaan was their cruelty against their children!

DEUTERONOMY 18:10-12
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

Canaanites butchered their children and burned them in the fire to make an offering to their false gods.

JEREMIAH 19:5
They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spoke it, neither came it into my mind:

God is a God of justice. A God that allows ample time for repentance; but justice requires equity and equal rights. We are allowed to move with freedom, to live in comfort, to satisfy our desires carnal and spiritual, but not to the expense and detriment of others who have the same right as our own!

MATTHEW 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

God commanding the Israelites to annihilate the ungodly Amorites and Canaanites is God's wise way of instilling in their minds that they must live in God's justice if they have to live in peace. Cleansing in a civilized society is a must!

LEVITICUS 20:10-11, 16
10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11 And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

DEUTERONOMY 22:22
If a man be found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

Obviously, the war that God ordered for the Amorites/Canaanites was not a war of unrestrained lust, greed for expensive goods, or even "empire-building.” God did not tolerate those attitudes. (Ref: Glenn Miller). It was a judgment that was to be executed – to get rid of evil influence.

The strong statement is that evil should not flourish. Now, Dr. Richard Dawkins, where do you stand? Obviously, you would prefer to preserve the kind that Amorites are.

The Bible as Source of Knowledge for the Wise

When the Bible says that "knowledge shall be increased in the end times," it cannot mean that people in the past like Charles Darwin and other scientist have more advanced knowledge than those in our time, as the Bible contains all these knowledge.

AN ATHEIST DELUSION

In the extremely misinformed, hellish book entitled "God Delusion,” the author Richard Dawkins, with his poison wrote –

"The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully." (God Delusion. Chapter 2 p.31)

The author, devoid of human decency and filled with satanic blasphemy, charged the God of the Old Testament to be "the most unpleasant character in all fiction!" This stupid and false accusation against someone whom he does not believe to exist can be considered the height of insanity and delusion!

II THESSALONIANS 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

It is not hard to see that to disgrace somebody who does not exist can only be caused by hallucinations of a person buried deep in delusion.

PSALMS 53:1
The fool hath said in his heart,There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

To tag the God of the Old Testament worse than Dracula, Vampires, Zombies, Werewolves, Frankenstein, and the like, is the grandest form of lie that an author could invent in the history of fiction making! Apparently, Dawkins is on the side of these fiction characters, being their campaign manager!

ECCLESIASTES 7:29
Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.

Here are things we should consider:

1. The God of the Bible is Omnipotent

GENESIS 17:1
And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

 He desires perfection for humanity.

MATTHEW 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Being perfect, an injunction to a believer, means to learn how to love and care for enemies.

MATTHEW 5:44-48
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

2. The God of the Bible is jealous.

That the Lord may become jealous is a deterrent. Divine jealousy is caring for His beloved not to be persuaded by lies.

DEUTERONOMY 5:7-9
7 Thou shalt have none other gods before me.
8 Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth:
9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,

II CORINTHIANS 11:2
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

With the accusations of Dawkins against God, it will imply that even if he sees his wife flirting with another atheist, it will still be something morally acceptable to him! But God's jealousy is kindled against any man that would intentionally worship false gods. It is falsehood. God wants to protect His people from idolatry.

THE ROMANS 1:25
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

To frankly declare, "I am a jealous God" does not mean that He is proud of being jealous. He says exactly what He feels, treating His servants honestly with compassion and concern.

The thinking of Richard Dawkins against God is not a thing to marvel about. There are people who, according to the Bible, are walking with their head and thinking with their feet!

ISAIAH 5:20
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

3. Richard Dawkins is "petty unjust,” and not the God of the Bible.

To charge somebody who does not exist to be "petty unjust" is most certainly unjust! The God of the Bible is the executor of everything that is just.

JEREMIAH 9:24
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

The highest standards of human justice are reflected in the Constitution of the United States of America! (The land of the free and the home of the brave). It is clear that the Bible is the basis of the justice system in the constitution of the United States. In V. Watkins v. Torso, the United States Supreme Court ruled that Secular Humanism is a religion.

We now turn to the leaders of the world as written in Wake Up America! Almost all the presidents of the greatest nation on earth now, the United States of America, believed in the Bible. It is the book upon which they laid their hands in swearing their oath of office with the concluding phrase in their oath "So help me God." In contrast, we notice the noise of new atheists. The New Atheists are authors of early twenty-first century books promoting atheism. These authors include Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, and Christopher Hitchens, as named by the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy. These modern atheist writers advocate the view that "religion should not simply be tolerated but should be countered, criticized, and exposed by rational argument wherever its influence arises,” according to Simon Hooper (The rise of the 'New Atheists,’ November 9, 2006 CNN.Com).
Hooper said the tone of these new atheists is overtly confrontational rather than gently persuasive. In one of the interviews for CNN, Darwin is said to boast that atheists are like the gays; they only need to come out. When they do come out, the public can find that they are more numerous than believed. That is the kind of victory they see for themselves. But these pretentious intellectuals are no match to the great and intelligent men who shaped the USA as a nation!
PSALMS 33:12
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD
